About Us

A Charleston Electrical Contractor Businesses Rely On

I'm Jesse, owner and lead electrician at SouthTech Electric. After more than 10 years in the construction industry, I started this company in 2021 to do electrical work the way I thought it should be done — reliable, honest, and right the first time.

As a South Carolina licensed electrical contractor, I've wired over 100,000 square feet of commercial and residential space across the Lowcountry and Midlands. That includes restaurant and retail buildouts, office and facility work, service upgrades, and the service calls that get a commercial property running again when something fails.

For business owners and property managers, what matters is a contractor who shows up when he says he will, works around your operating hours, and documents what he found so you can plan for it. That's the standard we hold on every commercial account.

My wife and I moved here to start our family, and we're raising our three kids in the Lowcountry. This is our community — which is exactly why I put my name on the work.

"For a business, the electrical work you never think about is the work that was done right. Our job is to keep it that way — so you're running your operation instead of waiting on a repair."

Ask Another Question
  • Yes — commercial work is the core of what we do.
